Together we will identify your IT and communications needs and gain an understanding of what is important to your business.
This stage would include:
- Developing business requirements
- Demonstrating products and technological solutions
- High level design and business case proposals
This will be achieved by analysing details of your existing IT and communications infrastructure and gaining further insights into your business goals, which will help us provide you with an appropriately scalable and realistic proposal for your consideration. We would then continue our assessment through meetings, discussions and via exchange of information.
When you are satisfied with the final proposal we are ready to proceed to the Planning & Design stage.
Planning & Design
“How we ensure we have everything in place to make the transition to your new infrastructure as smooth as possible”
Together we will make sure that the information captured during the previous phase is correct and that everything is in place before we start the implementation.
This stage would include:
- Planning Project Kickoff Meeting
- Validating System Requirements
- Assessment of:
- Security Architecture
- Operations
- Network Readiness
- Design Project Kickoff Meeting
- Validating Detailed Design
- Finalising:
- Phased Implementation Plan
- Operations Plan
- Full Migration Plan
- Staging Plan
- Resource Plan
- Systems Acceptance Testing Plan
Once complete, we are ready to proceed to the Implementation stage.
Implement
“Implementing the changes with the minimum of disruption to your business operations”
Once we have jointly agreed upon a solution and what needs to be done, we will liaise and work closely with your IT department to detail the hardware, software and services required, as well as identify which of our, and your, resources will be utilised to implement the solution.
Our experienced technical and project management teams will work with you to implement the changes with the minimum of disruption to your business operations.
This stage would include:
- Implementation Project Kickoff Meeting
- Staging
- Phasing Implementation
- Full Systems Migration
- Acceptance Testing
- Staff Training
- Post Implementation Support Handover Meeting
- Project Completion
Once complete, we are ready to proceed to the Operate stage.
